- We will accept cash payments, at your own risk, as well as cashier checks and money orders!
- When paying via PayPal eCheck, your order will not be shipped until payment has cleared.
- All NEW parts are exactly that; brand new, out of the package!
- All USED parts are rinsed in a vinegar and water mixture. We do our very best to sort out all non LEGO parts and watch for major damage, but occasionally things slip by. If there's problem please let us know and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
- Please be advised when ordering parts, if we discover the color/count of the inventory is off we will simply issue a refund. We may or may not email you regarding the mistake.
- All parts are stored in a pet and smoke free environment!
- NO Orders are pulled or shipped on Saturday and Sundays! For the quickest processing time, order Monday thru Friday!
- International orders will have actual purchase price listed on the shipper. We are sorry but by law we are unable to report a lower price on the customs form.
- We offer shipping quote requests through our store and we are always willing to ship via Media Mail (USA only) when puchasing items quailify.
- For International Shipping quotes please submit a "Quote Request" or provide your exact mailing address and approximate weight of order.
- We will not be held responsable for lost, stolen or damaged packages after we have shipped it.
